At Nerpa do things a little different. We know that culture is something that you experience not look at. Our trips and adventures want to take you deeper than surface level. Letting you be part of the adventure, having the type of journeys that other companies don't do.

We also want to prove just how far human and electric power can get you. Responsible, respectful, cheeky and just the right amount of chaos.

Our Story

Tom and Kev are Ice and Fire. Tom has a bottomless knowledge of global politics and history and a razor-sharp wit. And Kev laughs at his own jokes.

We're curious, irreverent, kind, obsessive about detail and allergic to fluff. Combined we have almost two decades of experience in organising and hosting adventures all over the world.

We're not your everyday guides that regurgitate the same information to every group. We want to give you a nudge in the right direction, to help you find your own experience, and we know how to give people a good time.

What's Nerpa?

Who's this fluffy little fella then? It's a Nerpa Seal, the only endemic freshwater seal in the world, native to Lake Biakal in deepest darkest Siberia. But what's a seal got to do with adventure travel we hear you ask? Your boys Kev and Tom cut their adventure teeth working together at the finish of the Mongol Rally just a mere stone's throw from the Lake. It's not just a seal, it's a symbol of where we've come from and why we do, what we do.

And it has a nice ring to it if we do say so ourselves...
